Bad Monkey Software ("we", "us", or "our") makes games and apps, including Puzzler Arcade. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps and this website do — and do not — collect, and how any information is used. By using our apps or website (the "Services"), you agree to this policy.
The short version: our games are designed to work without collecting your personal information. We do not run our own servers, we do not require accounts, and we do not sell data to anyone.
Puzzler Arcade
Puzzler Arcade does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with us or with third parties:
- No account or sign-up is required. The game is fully playable offline.
- No advertising and no third-party analytics. The app contains no ad networks and no tracking SDKs.
- Game progress stays with you. Your levels, scores, coins, and settings are stored on your device and, if you have it enabled, synced through your own platform cloud account (for example, iCloud on Apple devices or your Google account on Android). This data lives in your cloud account — we cannot see it or access it.
- Purchases are processed by the app store. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. We receive no payment details and no personally identifiable purchase information.
- Optional platform game services. If you use features like Apple Game Center or Google Play Games (for example, leaderboards), those services are operated by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
Our Other Apps
Some of our older apps (such as Math Bees and Fire Away) may use platform services — such as Google Play Services or Apple's app platform — that can collect limited technical information (for example, crash reports or device diagnostics) under those companies' own privacy policies:
We do not receive personally identifiable information from these services. Where aggregate crash or usage statistics are made available to us by the platforms, they contain no personal information and are used only to fix bugs and improve our apps.

Children's Privacy
Our games are designed to be suitable for all ages. Because our apps do not collect personal information, they do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect or store your personal data, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. Game data stored on your device or in your own cloud account can be removed by deleting the app and its cloud data from your device settings.
